1. The hire starts from our yard and back.
2. If the hire period is longer than a day, rain will be charged at 50%.
3. One day minimum will be charged.
4. All prices are V.A.T. excluded.
5. The hirer is to phone immediately if the machine breaks down.
6. The hirer must supervise the operator as to the type of work to be executed, and will be held responsible for loss or damage caused by / to the machine.
7. No downtime will be accepted due to punctures on site and 50% of puncture on site to be paid by the hirer.
8. If the hire period is longer than a week the hirer must arrange accommodation for the operator or a delivery and collection fee of R100 pd will be charged at 50km Radius.
9. If the site is further than 30km from our yard, tlb's will be delivered and collected with a lowbed.
10. If the machine is hired on a dry rate it will be sent out to site with a full tank of fuel and should be returned full, or a tank will be charged to the hirers account.
